Pre-CANNIBAL CORPSE Bands BEYOND DEATH, TIRANT SIN Reunite For Benefit Concert; Video, Photos

BEYOND DEATH, the pre-CANNIBAL CORPSE band featuring Alex Webster (current CANNIBAL CORPSE bassist),Jack Owen (former CANNIBAL CORPSE and current DEICIDE guitarist),Darrin Pfeiffer (current drummer for the pop-punk band GOLDFINGER) and Frank Lombardi (guitar, vocals),reunited for a one-off appearance at the benefit concert for SONS OF AZRAEL guitarist Tony Lorenzo on January 7-8 at Club Infinity in Buffalo, New York. The two-day event also saw a reunion of another pre-CANNIBAL CORPSE act, TIRANT SIN, which once featured original CANNIBAL members Chris Barnes (vocals; currently in SIX FEET UNDER),Bob Rusay (guitar) and Paul Mazurkiewicz (drums). Mazurkiewicz took part in this past weekend's concert along with current CANNIBAL guitarist Rob Barrett.

Lorenzo was shot in the back while walking in his hometown of Buffalo on October 26, 2011. The bullet was lodged in his spine and Lorenzo underwent extensive survey to have the bullet removed. The 25-year-old is now paralyzed from the waist down and is in need of financial assistance.
